  • Angela Summers, CPRP

    HENDERSON PARKS & RECREATION - DIRECTOR

    Angela Summers, CPRP was named Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Henderson in 2024, after serving as Assistant Director since 2020. With expertise in the areas of leadership, communication, management, internal and external customer service, Angela provides new perspectives and fresh ideas that promote growth and development within the parks and recreation industry.

    With her incredible team, Angela helps lead a $50M parks and recreation operation, which includes 72 parks, 180+ miles of trails, six recreation centers and two senior centers, 200+ full-time staff and 800-1,000 part-time staff. The City of Henderson is a two-time AAPRA National Gold Medal Award winning agency and the only CAPRA accredited agency in the state of Nevada.

  • Ryan P. Cambridge, PLA

    FRMWRK - PRINCIPAL-IN-CHARGE

    Ryan is a founding partner of FRMWRK planning + design and a practicing Professional Landscape Architect with a passion for parks and public spaces. With over 15 years of experience, Ryan has dedicated his career to helping public and private clients harness the potential of parks, natural areas, and other public places to benefit their communities.

    Ryan has led the development of more than 15 parks-specific system plans for municipal and county governments across the United States, representing nearly $1 billion in future public realm investments. Notably, Ryan has played a critical role in securing over $300 million in voter-approved bond funding for municipal park and conservation efforts, including the successful $150 million Doral Parks Bond.

  • Mark P. Beer, PLA

    FRMWRK - PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

    Mark is a Partner and Principal at FRMWRK, bringing over a decade of collaborative experience with Ryan. Together, their partnership has shaped impactful and authentic parks and public spaces across the nation, encompassing projects from small pocket parks to $150 million urban community parks.

    Throughout his career, Mark has been a champion of collaboration and co-creation in the design process. His work spans diverse sectors, including parks, public spaces, higher education, institutional, and private development. Mark has facilitated and contributed to the creation of iconic spaces at venues such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Eskenazi Museum of Art. His passion for design is evident in his commitment to creating equitable, accessible, and resilient places for people.

Project Partners

  • Jason Andoscia, AIA

    TSK - PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

    Jason is a licensed architect and principal at TSK; a sustainability-focused architecture firm based in Henderson. He has over 20 years of professional experience in a wide range of project types including educational, civic, religious, commercial, and mixed use. Jason is active in the community, having served on such committees as the Enterprise Town Board, NAIOP, Clark County Steering Committee, Clark County Planning Advisory Committee, and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee Board – IMPAC. As a principal, Jason has a wide range of responsibilities including leading his team to ensure client expectations and TSK standards of design service are being met.

  • Bill Denis, Associate AIA, LEED GA

    TSK - PRINCIPAL

    Bill brings 20 years of experience in architectural project planning, construction logistics, and project delivery to TSK.  He believes his role is to be a steward of the client’s goals and that successful projects are achieved through a complete understanding of the community we are designing for.  For many people, the spaces we plan and design are a bridge to essential services and resources that may not be available otherwise.   

    Bill is a LEED Green Associate with the US Green Building Council has lead design team through a variety of project types and delivery methods.

  • Austin Hochstetler

    ZEC EIGHT INSIGHTS - PRINCIPAL

    Austin Hochstetler has worked on over 50 parks and recreation system master plans nationwide, either as Principal of Zec Eight Insights or during his time with PROS Consulting Inc. Specializing in data analytics and information synthesis, Austin focuses on operations and maintenance planning, recreation program planning, and park system governance. His expertise brings an operational perspective to the planning team.

    For this project, Austin will lead recreation trends analysis, program plan development, levels of service analysis, community benchmarking, operations planning, and financial analysis. He will also support public engagement efforts for the FRMWRK team.
